Take It To Church

What I learned today:

-God wants us to show mercy.
-Love not some, but all of your neighbors.
-Be broken hearted for the lost instead of disgusted with them.
-Getting angry and pointing fingers is the natural response of the flesh, the natural response of the Spirit is to grieve before God for the wrong doer. Spirit trumps flesh.
-Condemnation and criticism are easy, PRAYING for those people is hard and it is what we are supposed to do.

-Our job as Christian is to put others before ourselves like Christ did for Us. Once you give it to Christ, life is NOT about you, its about Him having His way through you, and we all know the way that Jesus chose: the one that would led others to God.
-Pray for your friends, pray for those who don't like you, pray especially hard for those you don't love until you start to love them. Yes you don't want to love that person, you don't want to have anything to do with them. But guess what, God does, just like He wanted to have something to do with you when you were unsaved. (Romans 5:8) And, again, its not about you.

CHRISTIAN=CHRIST-LIKE. If you don't want to live it, why taint the name by claiming it?
